Our founder, Charlie Wethered, studied History of Art at Edinburgh University before working in London galleries. In 2012, he competed on MasterChef and went on to work at Heston Blumenthal's Dinner, which led him to develop his own range of Asian-inspired canapés and plates.

Combining his two passions of food and art, Charlie started his own company which would cater for London’s art world events. From private views with champagne and canapés to bespoke dinners or splendid parties, we at Quail understand the nuances of luxury audiences and always aim to curate events of the highest standard.

With the help of our events manager Harry and our marketing manager Emily, we have since completed over five hundred events for some of the world's leading galleries, fashion retailers, drinks brands, charities, schools and intimate private parties.

Based in Chiswick, we work with clients in London and further afield.
